“Gargan & Hart Estate Agents is a well-established independent estate agency offering an exemplary sales and lettings experience.  The highly experienced team, who all reside in the area, offers unrivalled customer service and local knowledge.

Created in 2011 by Clare Gargan, Damon Gargan and Richard Hart the main focus was (and continues to be) providing a best in class service coupled with a professional approach, and having a friendly place where their names were above the door, so they could be accountable.

The business soon flourished in the Torbay area with customers being impressed with the team’s forwarding thinking approach to marketing and can-do attitude to the selling and letting of homes.

Richard retired from the business in 2014, but continues to be a loyal supporter, colleague and friend of the business. In 2022 Damon & Clare made the decision to sell the business and pursue one of their dreams giving Emma the opportunity to step into their shoes and carry on the good name and outstanding work ethic we have always been known for. As with Richard they continue to be a great support and champions of the business.
